UX Copywriting
Project Overview
An impact-driven financial technology platform that creates financial solutions (such as savings, investments) for a community of individuals and organisations that are committed to long-term growth and financial freedom.
My Contributions
Working on the Crowdyvest web and mobile platforms was wholesome. I was able to frame the communication and voice in a well-rounded delivery. Writing the landing pages, on-boarding screens, in-app microcopy as well as the frequently asked questions (FAQ) all to expose the brand to consumers as customer-centric, trustworthy and value-oriented.
One of the influences I had working on this apart from research was what I would also like to see as a user. Having been in customer relationship management, seeing and solving problems from a first-hand point of view helped to frame the narrative for a brand can be trusted with user‘s finances.

The web landing pages give insight to the brand essence, showing the core pillars and the key drivers, the mission and vision so users can see the big picture of a long profitable relationship.

On one hand, the on-boarding screens provide a preview into what to look forward to when a user signs up, snippets that summarise the functions and services a user would enjoy as well as added benefits. On the other hand, in-app, I provide more details of aforementioned services and benefits, explaining them as I go along, anticipating user needs with options and guiding with simple navigation messaging on every modal and in every section on the journey, ultimately, to boost retention and drive word-of-mouth marketing.

Additionally, I drafted the FAQs step by step in real time during my product testing. This enabled me to apply myself to all possible scenarios for first-time and existing users in need of information on how to use the platform.
